Craig P. Sherwood

Founder and EVP

Craig brings the company vision to reality. He has a dynamic range of experience and skills, including program management, business development, and operations. Craig has held leadership positions managing the day-to-day operations for business units ranging from 35 to 100 consultants, including sales, recruiting, and service delivery. He was instrumental in establishing and cultivating a strategic relationship between CyberSearch and Dell, Microsoft, HP, Oracle Corporation and Sun Microsystems. Prior to founding CyberSearch, Ltd., Craig was the Director of Recruitment Services for an IT consulting firm. He is a frequent lecturer on IT Resource Allocation and Technology.

Tony Sherwood

Managing Director

Tony is responsible for global sales, alliances & delivery. Mr. Sherwood’s focus is expanding the CyberSearch name throughout the corporate world. In addition, Tony has extensive experience selling solutions and services across broad IT portfolios and virtually all types of enterprise software offerings. He has successfully established alliances with Cap Gemini and Accenture. He has also run large IT projects with products such as Oracle, JD Edwards, People soft, Hyperion, and Siebel. Prior to joining, Mr. Sherwood began his career in 1996 at Motorola where he rose through the ranks to be a Sr. Project Manager responsible for Latin American wireless infrastructure.

Christopher Donovan

Director of Recruitment Services

Chris is the most recent addition to leadership team and has a diverse background in IT consulting and resource management, and operations. Chris brings to CyberSearch, Ltd. outstanding skills in developing alliances, partnerships, and client management. Additionally he has an excellent understanding of business negotiation, diversity, training, change management, compensation, succession planning, policy development, and knowledge management.

David L. Sherwood

CFO and Director

Mr. Sherwood brings 20 years experience in finance and business administration to his position as Chief Financial Officer. He has worked to build financial infrastructure and shape the company for the future. Additionally, Mr. Sherwood is the current President and CEO of CADE Industries Inc., a regional manufacturer of industrial chemicals.
