- L1 Dispatch for next business day (24 hr. SLO)
- Project coordination providing invoicing, project change requests, quarterly reporting 33 client manufacturing locations
- Mex, US, Canada
- L1 Dispatch to support Cisco L3 Engineers
- Entry level technical expertise focused on IE3400 switches
