Grants Specialist

Overview:
A non-profit organization whose mission is to provide financial assistance to the client associates experiencing economic hardship as the result of an unexpected event. Eligible associates may apply for grants from the ACNT Together Fund of up to $1,500 on a 5-year rolling basis. All grants funded by the Together Fund must meet the eligibility criteria established by ACNT’s Board of Directors, including submitting accurate and complete documentation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Review, approve/decline grant applications within approved eligibility guidelines and adhering closely to the established Standard Operating Practices (SOP)
- Determine what documentation is missing for incomplete applications and communicate clearly back to the associate
- Identify applications that may be suspicious of fraud and escalate according to the SOP
- Field inquiries from associates through our customer service channels
