Oracle Cloud Global HR functional Lead with deep experience in Oracle Cloud HCM HR business processes and leading practices. Experience and background as a consultant on global HCM projects is mandatory. Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Global HR business processes, all configuration to support Global HR deployment, Onboarding, Journeys, HCM Design Studio, Auto Complete Rules, Common HCM setup, Workflow approvals, HR solution design and leading practices, basic understanding of security roles, shared objects and touchpoints with other modules, and knowledge of out-of-the-box reports to support HR
REQURIED:
Must have –
- Functional HCM oracle Cloud Implementation experience
- Less technical
- Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management 2022 Certified Implementation Professional
- Hands on configuration
- Experience implementing core HR cloud
- 2-3 full implementations
- Travel is a hard requirement 50-60%
- 2 weeks per month minimum
