HRIS Configuration analyst- Kronos/UKG Dimensions (Local, will train onsite and remote afterwards)

Overview:

Our Organization is just beginning the build and is anticipating a go-live for Advanced Scheduling for the first pay period of FY24, with timekeeping and Analytics going live on Dimensions in February. This person will perform maintenance and configuration activities for Kronos modules such as accrual, timekeeper, and attendance, etc.. They will also  create new, troubleshoot, or modify existing Kronos Integrations. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Perform maintenance and configuration activities for Kronos modules such as accrual, timekeeper, and attendance, etc
2. Create new, troubleshoot, or modify existing Kronos Integrations
3. Partner with customers and HRIS department on support activities by responding to and resolving customer issues
4. Act as senior lead within the team, mentoring others, sharing and increasing knowledge to increase teams’ capabilities
5. Seek to identify opportunities to optimize application performance, utilization, and adoption
6. Identify opportunities to improve and transform internal business processes and day to day activities

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance or related field
• 3- 5 years  Kronos HRIS exp
• Dimensions experience 
• Workforce Central exp. – Kronos tool
• Advanced Scheduler exp. – Dimensions tool
