Senior Vendor Analyst- Governance/Metrics  (Hybrid, 3 days onsite- 2 days remote) (2 open roles)

6-month contract (potential extension)

Location: Irvine, CA 92618 or San Antonio, TX 78251, or New York, NY 10022

Primary responsibilities/essential functions:

• Understand invoice reconciliation process to help with overall vendor management space.
• Provides support to management through data consolidation, data analysis, and management reporting.
• Utilizes software to generate metrics and develops actionable recommendations.
• Provides support to research teams or management by collecting and analyzing data and reporting results.
• Collaborates with various teams to achieve business results.
• Ensures vendor compliance with existing ITG policies.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s Degree & 5 years of work experience as a Vendor Manager/Analyst or Financial Analyst
• Strong understanding of invoice reconciliation workflow tracking and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in understanding and designing invoice reconciliation workflow processes
