EUC (End-User Computing) Services Associate Manager –  (SCCM & App. Pkg.) (Hybrid- travel to client site regularly)
Length: 12 months
Rate: $62/HR w2 or $67/hr C2C

Overview: 
 An expert with 10+ years of in-depth hands on experience in following technology for supporting large enterprise client.

Extensive hands-on exposure (level 4 expert) to managed end-user computing technologies, including SCCM, Window Intune, Image management, Application packaging, W365. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree & 10 years+ as ECU Service specialist/consultant 
• Extensive knowledge of end-user computing technologies, including Windows, macOS, SCCM, Intune, Image management, Application packaging, mobile device management (MDM), citrix and AVD.
• Proficient in messaging and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, One drive, Zoom and Webex.
• Knowledge of managing Experience management and Desktop engineering.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud services. 
• Mobile device management (MDM – Workspace One and Intune). Exposure in migration of devices from one platform to other (Workspace One to Intune)
