EUC Services – Specialist (Remote, with some travel to client site)
Location: Memphis, TN 38017
Length: 13 months

Overview: 
 An expert with 7+ years of in-depth hands on experience in messaging and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, One drive, SharePoint, Zoom and Webex.

Proficient (level 3 expert) in messaging and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, One drive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree & 7 years+ as ECU Service specialist 
• Extensive knowledge of end-user computing technologies, including Windows, macOS, SCCM, Intune, Image management, Application packaging, mobile device management (MDM), citrix and AVD.
• Proficient in messaging and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, One drive, Zoom and Webex.
• Knowledge of managing Experience management and Desktop engineering.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud services. 
• Mobile device management (MDM – Workspace One and Intune). Exposure in migration of devices from one platform to other (Workspace One to Intune)
