Patient Representative- afternoon shift  ( 2 open roles- Onsite)

Kane County, IL 

6 months (extension or perm placement)

Shift: 

• 2pm- 10:30 pm Mon-Fri

Overview:

• Demonstrate potential to learn medical terminology
• General autonomy with regards to daily duties/tasks in all work stations of assign department
• Correctly identifies and collects patient demographic information in accordance with organization standards.
• Reaches out to patients to schedule an appointment as defined.
  Performs medical necessity checks as necessary for scheduled services, communicates options to patient if appointment fails.
  Informs patients of any issues with securing the financial account for their encounter.
  Completes out-of-pocket estimations as requested by patients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Epic experience
• Strong Customer service experience
• Must be able to multitask
• Good work history
• Professional & reliable 
• Bilingual -Spanish/English (preferred)
