IT Project Coordinator/Representative (100% onsite)

Overview: 

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support our team in managing and tracking project progress.
• The ideal candidate will assist in project planning, performance monitoring, risk identification, and process improvements while also leading smaller task-based projects from initiation to completion.
• This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to develop clear project documentation to support business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and tracking IT project progress.
• Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and recommend process improvements.
• Develop project documentation, including status updates and process flow diagrams, to enhance transparency and efficiency.
• Support business analysis efforts by creating documentation and finalizing support models.
• Lead and manage smaller, task-based projects under the direction of the company, ensuring timely and successful execution.

• Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in project coordination, IT project management, or business analysis.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, or software development projects.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
