Payroll Coordinator (Onsite)
Cook County, IL
3 Month contract (possible extension or perm placement)
Shift:
8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Overview:
Due to UKG go live, the payroll team is 2 pay periods behind in processing payroll adjustments. Collecting and analyzing information to resolve payroll discrepancies as well as answer questions and process requests for both the Payroll Manager and the employees of our Organization.
Responsibilities:
- Process employee data (new hires, terminations, changes, earnings, withholdings).
Qualifications:
- Must have:
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years exp as a Payroll Coordinator
- HR Benefits/ Generalist experience
- Epic experience is a plus
- Microsoft Word & Excel experience
- Previous Hospital experience
- Customer service
- Payroll certification preferred.
