Airtable Technical Manager / Senior Technologist (Fully Onsite) (2 open roles)

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned technologist with Airtable expertise to join our team in Bentonville, AR. This is a hands-on, in-person role focused on streamlining, upgrading, and managing Airtable-based products across a complex, multi-vendor environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, automating, and optimizing Airtable systems while integrating with enterprise data platforms. This position requires strong technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams — all while delivering results independently from day one.
Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain advanced Airtable bases, workflows, and automation pipelines.

Develop custom Airtable scripts using JavaScript to extend functionality and improve operational efficiency.

Architect and implement end-to-end data workflows that are scalable, efficient, and reliable.

Integrate Airtable with external systems and third-party platforms using APIs and automation tools.

Establish and automate data integrity and cleansing processes, utilizing advanced techniques and fuzzy logic.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively to maintain smooth operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional, multi-cultural, and multi-vendor teams to drive project delivery in a complex enterprise environment.

Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable communication for non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience

3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Airtable, including base design, automation, and integration.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript for writing custom Airtable scripts.

Solid understanding of database concepts and data management principles.

Experience with integration tools and platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, APIs).

Proven ability to architect and automate robust data workflows and pipelines.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on efficiency.

Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.

Experience working independently within a multi-vendor, multi-cultural, distributed team.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (required due to program complexity
