Finance Lead – (Hybrid- 4 days onsite, Friday’s remote)

Overview:
As a Finance Lead, you will lead and participate in efforts that provide insight and deep financial analysis to our business partners, driving cross-functional business strategy. You will proactively analyze a wide range of business problems and financial trends to guide strategic business decisions and act as a key finance partner for ongoing financial management across our Organization.
Responsibilities:
To thrive in this role, you have worked in data analytics, strategic finance, or investment banking, and you have a proven track record of synthesizing findings to draw conclusions and provide recommendations. You are comfortable sourcing and modeling data to develop complex financial analysis to solve pressing business problems.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree and 3-4 years experience.
• You are a problem solver that frames and executes approaches to address varied business questions. You have led and/or participated in cross-functional projects and are familiar with project life cycles as well as initiating and maturing dedicated relationships as the ‘go-to’ finance partner.
• You have enlisted the support of others, sourced and built data models and communicated results with senior leaders. You have experience leveraging data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau to communicate business results.
• You have learned how to build strong relationships with leadership and work ahead to proactively identify the answers they would want to know before making a final decision.
• You enjoy working in a team environment where critical thinking and collaboration are the keys to develop best practices, nourish associate engagement, and protect our inclusive environment. You have an interest in financial markets and a passion for the investment management industry.
