Director – Information Technology

This position will be responsible for all stages of the business intelligence cycle as it relates to the platform; understanding business objectives, collecting requirements while translating them into solutions, designing and developing reports or dashboards, scheduling and deployment of new functionality, and completing accurate and timely documentation.

This position is based at Stonebriar’s corporate headquarters in Plano, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with senior leaders across the organization to prioritize technology needs
• Translate company vision and business strategies into IT systems and procedures
• Identify required upgrades, configurations, and/or new systems and report findings to senior leaders
• Create and maintain project timelines
• Diagnose issues in real-time and provide guidance with metrics and visualizations
• Onsite technical support, working closely with outsourced IT systems provider
• Develop a data warehouse/data lake so stakeholders can easily generate insights
• Document data definitions, key metrics and sample reports, ensuring alignment and consistency in reporting across the company
• Interface and coordinate with outside vendors and drive resolutions to issues as required
• Create specification training documents to explain solutions to the team

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with Infolease/Solifi’s lease and loan portfolio management software
• Demonstrated experience driving solutions and resolving dependencies for initiatives with medium-to-high technical complexity on the Salesforce platform
• Experience with PowerBI or similar BI reporting tool
• Intermediate SQL skills
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling and ETL processes and tools
• Computer skills and dexterity for data entry and retrieval of information
• Detailed knowledge of product development processes including Waterfall and Agile
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Windows applications and various software platforms specific to role
• Salesforce Administrator and PMP Certifications Preferred
