1. 2 Resources with capital markets or credit experience
2. 2 Resources with Payments testing experience
   1. Audits will include: Payments Operations 3rd Party Compliance Reviews
3. 1 Resource with Financial Reporting testing experience
   1. Audits will include: Balance Sheet, Capital Reporting, FR-Y 14, Treasury, SEC & US Gap Reporting, and Regulatory Reporting
4. Must have experience with Control testing, Internal Audit
5. SOX is a plus
6. Excellent Comm. skills
