Required:

• Oracle Cloud Talent Management functional Lead with deep experience in Oracle Cloud, Performance Mgmt, Goal Mgmt, and Talent Mgmt business processes and leading practices.
• Experience and background as a consultant on global HCM projects is mandatory.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Performance Mgmt, Goal Mgmt, Goal Library, and Talent Mgmt (Talent Reviews, Talent Profiles, Career Development, Succession Planning) business processes, all configuration, solution design and leading practices, basic understanding of security roles and out-of-the-box reports to support Performance, Goal, and Talent Mgmt modules.
