Looking for a Cross Functional HCM Lead that is located in the UK. Some travel to other European countries may be necessary. Role would be full time between now and Feb 2023 and then become part time from Feb 2023 to May 2023. 

Required Skills: 

• 5+ years of Oracle HCM Functional Experience 
• Must have cross functional experience in Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Comp, Talent and FAW
• Experience with integrations and conversion requirement gathering would be optimal for this role.
