MS Dynamics Functional CE Consultant 
Location: REMOTE
Length: 6+ months

Responsibilities : 

• Conduct necessary reviews, analysis of the client’s supply chain processes and consulting with the client and project team according to ensure the project’s success.
• Provide expertise in one or all D365 CE modules:
  • Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, Marketing, 
• Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics D365 application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
• Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
• End to End management coordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget.
• Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability, and documentation. • Work with project managers and team leaders to cater for resource changes across projects.
• Carry out additional, reasonable duties as may occur from time to time as instructed by your manager or members of senior management.

• Interact with a wide variety of colleagues, customers, and stakeholders at all levels with respect, courtesy and professionalism

Required:

• Must have specific hands-on experience with D365 Field Service and D365 Marketing
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and CRM subject matter expert
• Experience with best practices, implementation methodology, and Dev Ops
• Minimum of 5 years consulting experience
• Excellent presentation and written/oral communication
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed
• Possess business consulting and estimating skills for engagements
