SAP APMe Consultant (Remote) 
Length: 3 months (potential extension)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP APMe Consultant to join our SAP Practice team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management (APMe) enterprise edition and a solid background in designing solutions for commission and incentive plans within the insurance domain. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to lead client engagements, from discovery to solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert in SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition software.

• Design and implement commission and incentive plans for external producers.

• Manage agent, membership, premium, and commission data across multiple insurance products.

• Work with Producer Management, Compensation & Performance, and Agent Connection modules.

• Provide technical leadership in discovery meetings, client workshops, and solution presentations.

• Develop solution proposals, estimates, and best practices tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on expertise in SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition.

• At least 2+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management software.

• Strong background in commission calculations and payments.

• Health insurance domain experience is a strong plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a client-facing role.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in the US health insurance domain.

• Prior experience working with Producer Management and Agent Connection modules.
