Length: 9 month contract (potential extension)
Location: Long Beach, CA 90712

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Sales CRM with a strong Healthcare domain background to lead complex, enterprise-scale CRM transformation initiatives supporting Sales, Broker, and Provider operations.

This role requires end-to-end ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM programs — from strategy and roadmap definition through execution, governance, and value realization — while ensuring regulatory compliance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations within payer or provider environments and has successfully managed cross-functional teams spanning business, technology, compliance, and vendor ecosystems.
Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Strategy

  • Own and manage end-to-end Sales CRM programs on Microsoft Dynamics 365 across multiple workstreams, releases, and geographies.

  • Define program scope, objectives, KPIs, and delivery roadmaps aligned to business growth and operational outcomes.

  • Drive integrated planning across Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, integrations, data migration, reporting, and user adoption.

  • Ensure delivery commitments across schedule, budget, scope, and quality.

Stakeholder & Governance Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, Sales Operations, Broker teams, IT, Compliance, and external vendors.

  • Establish and lead program governance including steering committees, executive reviews, RAID management, and status reporting.

  • Support SOW execution, change requests, and commercial governance activities.

Business & Functional Alignment

  • Translate business requirements from Sales, Broker, Marketing, and Provider teams into actionable CRM program deliverables.

  • Align CRM capabilities to sales productivity, pipeline visibility, broker engagement, and provider collaboration goals.

  • Track benefits realization, ROI, and measurable value delivery tied to business performance.

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight

  • Ensure CRM solutions align with healthcare regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, PHI handling, and data privacy standards.

  • Collaborate with Compliance, Security, and Legal teams to embed controls within Dynamics 365 workflows and integrations.

  • Support audit readiness and maintain documentation for healthcare-specific controls and reporting.

Technical & Integration Oversight

  • Oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 and upstream/downstream systems such as:

    • Enrollment platforms

    • Claims systems

    • Billing systems

    • Provider data platforms

    • Marketing automation and analytics tools

  • Guide best practices for Dynamics 365 architecture, release management, and environment strategy.

  • Partner with architects and product owners to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready CRM solutions.

  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource plans, including onshore/offshore delivery models.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Program Management or enterprise-scale project leadership experience.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM programs.

  • Demonstrated experience migrating Salesforce (SFDC) to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

  • Strong Healthcare domain experience (Payer, Provider, or Health Services).

  • Proven success managing multi-vendor, cross-functional programs.

  • Expertise in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills.
