• 8am- 5pm Mon- Fri (flexibility to start and end times within operating hours) 

JOB SUMMARY:
-The Project/Program Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of projects aligned with the strategic and business goals of the system, ensuring that these projects are completed on time, within assigned budget, and within scope.
– Role is to assist with complex parking operations. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will handle vendor communication and act as a liaison for vendors by giving directions and communicate challenges
• Works with internal stakeholders and external clients to define the project parameters and create a process to bring the project to fruition.
• Establishes and manages client expectations, develops a detailed project plan, defines the scope of the project, understands potential project risks, and assigns team members to specific project tasks.
• Assembles and leads a team capable of meeting or exceeding client expectations for the project.
• Guides, coaches, motivates, assigns tasks and re-orients the team as needed to ensure successful completion of project goals.
• Maintains open and honest communication and ensures a positive team dynamic and shared commitment to team goals and performance expectations.
• Creates an accurate timeline for project completion, ensures tasks are finished and milestones are reached within the confines of the assignment, and tracks project progress in a clear and transparent way.
• Anticipates delays that may occur and recommends changes to project timelines and actions needed to the project team, the client, and all stakeholders.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree
– 3-5+ years of relevant experience. Open to JR level applicant that has experience working on a complex project.
– Preferred experience in Engineering and Parking operations
– Must have analytical skills, database management, data entry, identifying trends and analysis , making recommendations to improve parking situation help manager complex parking situation the Open for Jr in experience and had experience managing complex situation/project.
– Written communication and interpersonal skills is a must
