CRM Solution Architect – Dynamics 365 CRM (Functional/Techno-Functional)) (Fully Remote)
Length: 5 month contract (potential extension)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale CRM transformation initiatives. This role requires a seasoned functional or techno-functional architect with extensive expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys), and Customer Service. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, define end-to-end CRM solution architecture, and lead the design of scalable, customer-centric solutions that align with business objectives.

This individual will work closely with executive leadership, business users, and technical delivery teams to drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform, Customer Insights, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure Integration Services.

Responsibilities: 

Solution Architecture & Business Consulting

  • Lead the architecture and design of enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, business process assessments, and requirement gathering sessions.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional solution designs and architecture roadmaps.
  • Develop solution blueprints, architecture documentation, and implementation strategies.

Dynamics 365 Sales

Design and implement solutions supporting:

  • Lead Management
  • Opportunity Management
  • Account & Contact Management
  • Sales Pipeline Management
  • Sales Forecasting

Dynamics 365 Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys)

Lead the design and implementation of marketing automation and customer engagement solutions including:

  • Customer Segmentation
  • Customer Journeys
  • Email Marketing
  • Campaign Management
  • Event Management

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 18+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Minimum 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementation experience.
  • Experience leading at least three full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
  • Proven experience serving as a Solution Architect on enterprise CRM transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle management, and digital transformation.
