Oracle Cloud PLM Techno-Functional Consultant  (Fully Remote)
Length: 5 month contract (potential extension)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud PLM Techno-Functional Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. This role requires a strong blend of functional consulting expertise and hands-on technical development experience to deliver scalable, high-quality PLM solutions that align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Oracle Cloud PLM, including Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH), while also possessing strong technical skills in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Oracle APEX, Redwood UX, and data migration. This individual will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional partners to gather requirements, design solutions, support implementations, and provide production support.

Responsibilities: 

Solution Design & Functional Consulting

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical Oracle Cloud PLM solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud PLM solutions aligned with business processes and Oracle best practices.
• Provide techno-functional expertise throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and production support.

Oracle Cloud PLM Implementation

• Configure and support Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applications.
• Implement and optimize:
  • Product Development (PD)
  • Product Data Hub (PDH)
• Support product lifecycle processes including product creation, engineering change management, product structures, and product data governance.
• Implement and support Oracle Redwood UX capabilities to improve user experience and adoption.

Technical Development

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Design and develop Oracle APEX applications supporting Oracle Cloud PLM business processes.
• Perform solution customization while following Oracle Cloud development best practices.
• Support integrations and technical enhancements as required.

Data Migration & System Optimization

• Design and execute data migration and conversion strategies from legacy PLM systems into Oracle Cloud PLM.
• Validate migrated data and ensure data integrity throughout implementation.
• Support system optimization, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with system integrations between Oracle Cloud PLM and other enterprise applications.

Qualifications: 

• Strong experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Product Development (PD)
  • Product Data Hub (PDH)
• Experience implementing Oracle Redwood UX.
• Strong technical experience with:
  • Oracle SQL
  • PL/SQL
  • Stored Procedures
  • Oracle APEX
• Experience with data migration, data conversion, and legacy system modernization.
• Experience working in a techno-functional consulting capacity.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently within a remote environment.
