ESG Consultant
Location: Phila /PA – remote / some travel

Responsibilities:

Support the ESG IMPACT Social operations team by leading multidisciplinary teams across a range of industries to assist our existing and/or future clients to better understand and develop solutions to respond to the complex and evolving social policy, regulatory and business environment risks and opportunities associated with ESG
Develop communications, presentations and materials for internal meetings with senior leadership
Contribute to execution of industry-wide initiatives and projects
Assist in development of internal industry communities; collaborate with leadership on communication plans and objectives
Maintain efforts on proposal development, focusing on structuring client value proposition, key differentiators and win themes related to the team's ESG capabilities and market opportunities
Participate in thought leadership efforts, to market ESG insights in support of client and market development

Qualifications:

Minimum three years of recent marketing, advisory, BPG or ESG consulting experience from a Top Ten public accounting firm, management or ESG consultancy
Strategic and creative thinker with strong written and interpersonal communication skills; Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, project and time management skills, along with the ability to multi-task, work independently, work successfully with teams and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
An understanding of digital and traditional advertising/marketing design and production (including, but not limited to, HTML email, web banners, website development, print/collateral, video and social media)
Willingness to take initiative to find creative ways to navigate challenges and the ability to learn and apply new skills quickly in a fast-paced environment
Advanced skills in PowerPoint (Intermediate skill required, Advanced preferred); Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel on an as-needed basis; Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
