ESG Consultant 
Location: Phila /PA – remote  / some travel
Length: 12+ months
Start : ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Support the ESG IMPACT Social operations team by leading multidisciplinary teams across a range of industries to assist our existing and/or future clients to better understand and develop solutions to respond to the complex and evolving social policy, regulatory and business environment risks and opportunities associated with ESG
  • Develop communications, presentations and materials for internal meetings with senior leadership
  • Contribute to execution of industry-wide initiatives and projects
  • Assist in development of internal industry communities; collaborate with leadership on communication plans and objectives
  • Maintain efforts on proposal development, focusing on structuring client value proposition, key differentiators and win themes related to the team's ESG capabilities and market opportunities
  • Participate in thought leadership efforts, to market ESG insights in support of client and market development

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent marketing, advisory, BPG or ESG consulting experience from a Top Ten public accounting firm, management or ESG consultancy
  • Strategic and creative thinker with strong written and interpersonal communication skills; Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, project and time management skills, along with the ability to multi-task, work independently, work successfully with teams and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
  • An understanding of digital and traditional advertising/marketing design and production (including, but not limited to, HTML email, web banners, website development, print/collateral, video and social media)
  • Willingness to take initiative to find creative ways to navigate challenges and the ability to learn and apply new skills quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint (Intermediate skill required, Advanced preferred); Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis; Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
