VMWare Consultant
Location: REMOTE

NSX-T SME that will work with the Infrastructure & Operations Team to manage, develop, operate, and train staff engineers. This position builds on the pilot work WWT has assisted them in standing up and will assist the I&O team develop this new NSX-T capability within their team.

Technical Requirements:

• NSX-T architectures
  • • Understand North/South and East/West architectures, traffic flows, and configuration
    • Able to automate standard NSX-T workflows
• VMWare Cloud (VMC) on AWS architectures
• Understand on-premise Infrastructure designs and considerations (e.g., Cisco Systems, Checkpoint Firewalls)
• Avid Documenter of architectures, designs, and policies
• Able to effectively train and mentor other staff SMEs
• Experience in a Scrum / Agile environment
• Strong consulting skills
• Able to integrate into a senior engineering environment
