Test Engineer – Cloud Release Infrastructure

This responsibility requires constant interaction with the platform lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for ME lab Webscale environment.

• You will lead the identification of automation requirements, the identification of the cases to automate and work with a team who will build based on requirements.
• You will be responsible for transitioning troubleshooting notes, logs, and meeting records into procedures that can be presented to operations for implementation in production. These procedures must be highly organized, detailed, and well-written in order for operations to implement.
• You will develop vendor relationships to ensure software release and patch addresses security vulnerabilities, code quality issues, bugs, etc. In addition, you will frequently develop material and present information to an audience, both of peers and leaders within Verizon. Drawing on expertise, develops material that is easily consumable, regardless of the audience’s technical expertise.
• • Integrate Red Hat, F5 SPK, F5 AM into Webscale 1.5, WS 1.5.x Bastion Nodes/Under Cloud – VCPe Stack 1 into the S&ME lab network environments
  • Integrate Red Hat, F5 SPK, F5 AM into Webscale 1.5, Webscale 1.5.x Application – VCPe Stack 1 into the S&ME lab network environments
  • Integrate Red Hat, F5 SPK, F5 AM into Webscale 1.5, Webscale 1.5.x Node Networks – VCPe Stack 1 into the S&ME lab network environments
  • Integrate Red Hat, F5 SPK, F5 AM into Webscale 1.5, Webscale 1.5.x Storage/Trident – VCPe Stack 1 into the S&ME lab network environments
  • Integrate Red Hat, F5 SPK, F5 AM into Webscale 1.5, Webscale 1.5.x OpenShift Network – VCPe Stack 1 into the S&ME lab network environments
  • Validate Red Hat, F5 SPK, F5 AM Webscale 1.5 Webscale 1.5.x functionality operates as expected – VCPe Stack 1
  • VCP Full Platform test case automation for Webscale VCPc 1.5, Webscale VCPc1.5.x
  • VCP Full Platform test case automation for Webscale VCPc 1.5 Webscale VCPc 1.5.x
  • Application migration from VCPc 1.x to VCPc 2.x to VCPc3.xto VCPc 3.x
  • Application migration from VCPe 1.x to VCPe 2.x to VCPe 3.x
