• 24/7 Service Desk Response for dispatch to select client facilities
• L1 Dispatch for next business day (24 hr. SLO)
• Project coordination providing invoicing, project change requests, quarterly reporting 33 client manufacturing locations
• Mex, US, Canada
• L1 Dispatch to support Cisco L3 Engineers
• Entry level technical expertise focused on IE3400 switches
