End User Engineer

1. Serve as the IT Desktop Engineering virtual technical support for the IT Enterprise in support of over 30,000 Virtual Machines in 2 data centers
2. Be responsible for managing sustainment functions as well, to include:
   1. monthly security patches,
   2. communicating with other departments for new deployment of new application testing, installs and upgrades,
   3. support NTT with Tier 2 and Tier 1 issues
3. Responsible for mentoring and coaching less experienced and new employees with IT Desktop Engineering
4. Participates in 24/7 on-call rotation for Desktop Engineering.
