End User Engineer
- Serve as the IT Desktop Engineering virtual technical support for the IT Enterprise in support of over 30,000 Virtual Machines in 2 data centers
- Be responsible for managing sustainment functions as well, to include:
- monthly security patches,
- communicating with other departments for new deployment of new application testing, installs and upgrades,
- support NTT with Tier 2 and Tier 1 issues
- Responsible for mentoring and coaching less experienced and new employees with IT Desktop Engineering
- Participates in 24/7 on-call rotation for Desktop Engineering.
