Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O & CRM System Analyst  (Onsite)

Overview:

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O & CRM System Analyst to configure, customize, and support Dynamics 365 modules in alignment with business requirements. This role involves managing user access and security, overseeing data integration, troubleshooting performance issues, and providing frontline technical support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and experienced in supporting enterprise-level Dynamics 365 environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Configuration & Customization: Configure Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM modules, entities, workflows, and business rules to meet organizational needs.

• User Access & Security Management: Administer roles, permissions, and data access levels to maintain compliance and safeguard sensitive information.

• Data Integration & Migration: Manage data import/export processes, ensuring data integrity across systems.

• Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Track system health, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure platform uptime and responsiveness.

• Testing & Deployment Support: Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of new features, patches, and upgrades.

• Documentation & Training: Maintain system documentation, process guides, and provide training/support to business users.

• Issue Resolution & Technical Support: Act as first-line support for Dynamics-related issues, escalating to Microsoft or internal IT as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and CRM.

• Strong skills in system configuration, customization, and workflow design.

• Experience with security/role-based access management.

• Proficiency in data integration and migration techniques.

• Solid understanding of testing, deployment, and performance monitoring.

• Strong documentation, communication, and end-user training skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
