Airtable Technical Manager / Senior Technologist  (Fully Onsite) (2 open roles)

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned technologist with Airtable expertise to join our team in Bentonville, AR. This is a hands-on, in-person role focused on streamlining, upgrading, and managing Airtable-based products across a complex, multi-vendor environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, automating, and optimizing Airtable systems while integrating with enterprise data platforms. This position requires strong technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams — all while delivering results independently from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Airtable bases, workflows, and automation pipelines.

• Develop custom Airtable scripts using JavaScript to extend functionality and improve operational efficiency.

• Architect and implement end-to-end data workflows that are scalable, efficient, and reliable.

• Integrate Airtable with external systems and third-party platforms using APIs and automation tools.

• Establish and automate data integrity and cleansing processes, utilizing advanced techniques and fuzzy logic.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively to maintain smooth operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional, multi-cultural, and multi-vendor teams to drive project delivery in a complex enterprise environment.

• Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Airtable, including base design, automation, and integration.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for writing custom Airtable scripts.

• Solid understanding of database concepts and data management principles.

• Experience with integration tools and platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, APIs).

• Proven ability to architect and automate robust data workflows and pipelines.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on efficiency.

• Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.

• Experience working independently within a multi-vendor, multi-cultural, distributed team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (required due to program complexity
