Product Manager – Sales & Support Tech with Generative AI / Agentic AI experience. (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Location: San Jose, CA 95110

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead innovation within the Sales and Support technology domain, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. This role will be responsible for defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, and delivering AI-powered capabilities that enhance customer interactions, improve operational efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings deep product management experience, strong analytical thinking, and hands-on experience implementing AI-driven features within enterprise sales and customer support platforms.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and champion the product vision and strategy for Sales and Support technology platforms.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI to improve customer experiences and streamline internal workflows.

  • Align product strategy with business objectives and long-term technology initiatives.

Market Research & Customer Insights

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

  • Gather feedback from customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to validate product concepts and guide innovation.

Product Roadmap & Execution

  • Develop and manage a 4-quarter product roadmap aligned with organizational goals.

  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and AI capabilities based on impact, feasibility, and business value.

  • Present roadmap progress, insights, and product performance to leadership and cross-functional teams.

AI Integration & Innovation

  • Lead the development of AI-powered product capabilities using Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.

  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to prototype, validate, and deploy AI-driven features that improve automation, personalization, and operational efficiency.

  • Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into product development.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on Sales and Support technologies.

  • Proven track record of successful product launches and full product lifecycle management.

  • Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions in customer-facing products.

  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise CRM or customer support platforms.

  • Strong familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools, including model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.

  • Experience working with leading AI platforms such as:

    • Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service

    • Amazon Bedrock

    • Amazon SageMaker

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience collaborating across engineering, UX, sales, legal, support, and data science teams.

  • Proven ability to engage customers, gather feedback, and translate insights into product strategy.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
