Delinea Secret Server Consultant
location: REMOTE

Overview:

• Resolve customer escalations and drive process/policy improvements through root cause analysis

• Work closely with Consultants to ensure successful customer software deployments

• Participate in projects that enhance the quality or efficiency of support and other teams

• Perform designated support engineer duties for enterprise customers as needed

Required:

• 1+ years supporting Delinea Secret Server
• At least 5 years of technical support or system administration experience with enterprise software
• 2 to three years of hands-on administration experience in at least one of the most common UNIX platforms (Linux, Solaris, AIX, HPUX), macOS X and Windows Server platforms
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Kerberos, and LDAP technologies (highly desirable)
• Experience in working with PAM applications is an added advantage
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server is highly desirable
• Familiarity with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.com is a plus
• Must be proactive with a positive attitude
• Track record in providing outstanding and unparalleled customer service
• Strong verbal and written communications skills combined with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated strong work ethic with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
• Quick learner with desire to learn new tools and techniques
