WSO Loan Reconciliation Analyst
Location: REMOTE
Length: 3-6 months
Start: ASAP
Interview: Video

Responsibilities:

• Employ bank loan operating procedures during project activities
• Perform reconciliation tasks such as matching wires to accruals across various client funds, Client specific reconcilements, clearing Custody to Accounting breaks across various client funds as well as verifying past due income and updating /correcting as needed
• Track daily progress which includes number of breaks, breaks identified for resolution and track reason/theme for why the break occurred

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of recent experience, preferably within a professional services firm
• Familiar and experienced with the following systems: WSO, LOAN IQ and ACBS
• Solid understanding of and experience with structured bank loans (not banks loans in general / not PPP)
• Excellent written/verbal communication and technical leadership skills
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Must haves:

• Syndicated Loans operations processing experience
• IHS Markit Wall Street Office system proficiency (or proficiency on competitor systems – LoanIQ, ACBS, AFS)
• Standard US Eastern working hours
