MS Dynamics Functional CE Consultant

Responsibilities :

Conduct necessary reviews, analysis of the client’s supply chain processes and consulting with the client and project team according to ensure the project’s success.
Provide expertise in one or all D365 CE modules:
- Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, Marketing,
Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics D365 application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
End to End management coordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget.
Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability, and documentation. • Work with project managers and team leaders to cater for resource changes across projects.
Carry out additional, reasonable duties as may occur from time to time as instructed by your manager or members of senior management.

Required:

Must have specific hands-on experience with D365 Field Service and D365 Marketing
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and CRM subject matter expert
Experience with best practices, implementation methodology, and Dev Ops
Minimum of 5 years consulting experience
Excellent presentation and written/oral communication
Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed
Possess business consulting and estimating skills for engagements
