Job Summary
We are seeking a project manager with change management experience for a global organization with headquarters in Watsonville. This position oversees various system updates and enhancements, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the established goals. The primary scope of this position involves change management and bug testing; there is no coding involved.

Candidates with experience proofing and testing websites are encouraged to apply.

Duties

• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Conduct thorough research to support project objectives and inform decision-making processes.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.

Skills

• 3+ years’ project management experience, preferably in change management
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Strong editing and user interface skills a big plus (to ensure clarity of questions on forms, and be able to see them from a user perspective)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• College degree a plus
