Senior SAP Treasury Product Manager / Business Systems Analyst (Techno-Functional)  (Fully Onsite)

Overview:

We are seeking a senior, hands-on Techno-Functional SAP Treasury Product Manager / BSA who is a Treasury subject-matter expert first. This is not a pure business Product Manager, a general SAP Finance PM, or a project manager with light Treasury exposure.

The ideal candidate brings deep, day-to-day, configuration-level experience in SAP S/4HANA Treasury (TRM), backed by strong SAP FI foundations, and has successfully led end-to-end Treasury implementations. This role requires someone who is comfortable working directly in the system, translating complex Treasury requirements into functional specs and user stories, and partnering closely with engineering in an Agile environment.

Treasury does not operate in isolation — strong experience with Treasury integrations, market data, and end-to-end finance data flows is critical. This role works closely with senior finance stakeholders and operates in a metrics-driven, fast-paced product organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the SME for SAP S/4HANA Treasury Management (TRM) and related financial accounting areas.

• Own and drive the Treasury product roadmap, aligning near-term delivery with long-term business and platform strategy.

• Identify and prioritize initiatives using data, customer insights, competitive analysis, and industry best practices.

• Partner closely with Finance, Treasury, Engineering, Operations, and Analytics teams to deliver scalable Treasury solutions.

• Translate complex business needs into detailed product requirements, functional specifications, and Agile user stories.

• Work hands-on in SAP to design, validate, and optimize Treasury solutions aligned with SAP capabilities.

• Coordinate the full product lifecycle — from design and development through implementation and continuous optimization.

• Build clear business cases and articulate impact, trade-offs, and ROI for roadmap prioritization.

• Communicate insights, recommendations, and risks effectively to executive and senior finance stakeholders.

• Ensure solutions support end-to-end Treasury processes and integrations across internal and external systems

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO, FSCM, and Treasury (TRM) product management or techno-functional roles.

• Deep, hands-on Treasury experience across:

  • Cash Management

  • In-House Banking

  • Treasury Payments

  • Forecasting

  • Credit & Collections

  • Capital Market Investments

  • Foreign Exchange & Risk Management

• Proven experience leading end-to-end Treasury implementations (not partial or oversight-only).

• Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ECC, with exposure to Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Databricks, and analytical platforms.

• Experience designing and supporting GL, AP, AR, Treasury, Tax, RAR, and related finance processes.

• Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial principles.

• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.

• Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments with minimal direction.

• Experience supporting or launching enterprise-scale finance or Treasury products.

• SaaS / subscription business model experience strongly preferred for faster ramp-up.
