Patient Representative- Call Center (Onsite)

Cook County, IL 

6 months (extension or perm placement)

Shift:  

• 8:00am – 4:30pm

Overview:

• Demonstrate potential to learn medical terminology
• General autonomy with regards to daily duties/tasks in all work stations of assign department
• Ensures the provision of efficient, effective, quality customer service by performing a variety of general medical office duties to include direct and indirect patient services while adhering to and upholding department  policies, procedures and safety regulations
• Works to support department processes, efficiency and effectiveness by performing a variety of practice management duties

Qualifications

• High School diploma required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Epic experience
• Strong Customer service experience
• Must be able to multitask
• Good work history
• Professional & reliable 
• Bilingual -Spanish/English (preferred)
