Overview: 
Demonstrates intermediate knowledge of Talent Acquisition Enablement processes and is an experienced individual contributor. Works independently on routine tasks. This role is designed to support our interview scheduling coordination by managing both virtual and in-person interview scheduling across all lines of business.

Primary responsibilities/essential functions:
The ideal candidate will have a solutions-oriented mindset, solid understanding of Outlook and calendaring, be adept at handling multiple requests simultaneously, and possess a strong sense of urgency. Understands the role of cross functional stakeholders (i.e. legal, compliance, AskHR, etc.), operations, strategy, and goals. Analyzes information to recommend actions, supports change, and escalates resistance. They are capable of utilizing data for decision-making, and knowledgeable about reports and dashboards.

  • Partners with TA Business Partners to gather candidate information related to interview scheduling and onboarding.
  • Coordinates interview schedules, arranges travel, lodging, and meals to ensure an exceptional candidate experience, providing timely responses to candidates, interviewers, and recruiters throughout the entire recruiting life cycle.
  • Creates and maintains appropriate candidate and requisition records in Workday.
  • Oversees travel, catering, booking rooms, and other logistics for in-person interviews, collaborating with other teams to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Understands clients, operations, capabilities, strategy, and goals that align with talent acquisition efforts.
  • Analyzes information and uses logical reasoning to recommend or decide on the best course of action for talent acquisition processes.
  • Supports change in talent acquisition processes as needed, escalates substantial resistance.
  • Exercises autonomy by making independent decisions and taking ownership of talent acquisition tasks and projects.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree 
  • 3+ years experience overall
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence; communicates thoughts with clarity and cohesion in talent acquisition contexts.
  • Voices concerns, offering constructive criticism or challenging the status quo in talent acquisition; willing to take risks.
  • Contributes to a safe space and positive environment in talent acquisition.
  • Prioritizes goals beyond immediate tasks in talent acquisition; adjusts plans as situations evolve; considers broad implications.
  • Tech-savvy and able to find answers to technology-related questions and challenges in talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrates strong learning agility; adjusts to shifting priorities and unexpected situations in talent acquisition; open-minded to other perspectives.
  • Workday proficiency is a plus for this role, but not required.
