Finance Lead – (Hybrid- 4 days onsite, Friday’s remote)
Irvine, CA 92618 
6 months (potential extension)

Overview: 
As a Finance Lead, you will lead and participate in efforts that provide insight and deep financial analysis to our business partners, driving cross-functional business strategy. You will proactively analyze a wide range of business problems and financial trends to guide strategic business decisions and act as a key finance partner for ongoing financial management across our Organization.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and contribute to financial analysis projects that provide insight into business performance and guide strategic decisions.
• Source, model, and analyze data to address complex business questions and identify financial trends.
• Synthesize findings into clear conclusions and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Build dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or Tableau to communicate results.
• Serve as the go-to finance partner for assigned business areas, supporting ongoing financial management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across the full project life cycle, from scoping through execution.
• Anticipate leadership’s questions and proactively deliver the information they need before decisions are made.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, data analytics, or investment banking.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI (preferred)
• Proven ability to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Experience leading or participating in cross-functional projects.
